Apple is significantly increasing the production of iPhone 13 series phones


Bloomberg reports that Apple plans to increase production of its iPhone 13 series handsets. According to information obtained from Apple’s supply chain, the company wants to launch about 90 million of these phones immediately after the introduction of the iPhone 13 series, which will be 20% more than last year.

Interestingly, Apple’s supply chain continues to thrive despite a global shortage of chipsets, and its core partners, such as TSMC, are already building Apple orders. This year’s iPhones will most likely be introduced in September.

As for the specifications of the iPhone 13 series, Bloomberg expects that one of them (probably one of the Pro models) will be equipped with an LTPO display. This display can adjust the refresh rate of the image based on the content being played, thus reducing the handset’s battery consumption. This year’s iPhones will also feature thinner notches, which will lead to a thinner bezel for handsets. We will also see improvements in the camera section; The iPhone 13 series will be processed by Apple’s A15 chipset with six processing cores. This year’s iPhones will most likely be introduced in September.
